The brief and the build

What was needed

One app had to carry everything an investor trades — Thai stocks, derivatives, more than 29 world markets and funds from 16 managers — behind a single sign-in, and still be simple enough for someone placing a first order.

Work I did

I collaborated on product problem-solving and strategic direction to enhance the end-to-end user experience across both mobile and desktop platforms. I then worked closely with the engineering team to refine the details of every step—including system states, error handling, and copy—ensuring the utmost precision and clarity, especially when financial matters were involved.
