Context
A packaging team signing off artwork revisions by eye — every new proof read line by line against the approved file, under a print deadline.
What was needed
Every revision had to be checked against the approved file, and by hand that is slow. What slips through is rarely the obvious thing — it is the small change that carries the most risk once the job is printed.
Work I did
I shaped the product and built it: framing the problem, setting what the system has to catch, and designing how a reviewer works through what it finds. I then implemented it as a Next.js web app that keeps the artwork and its checks in one workspace, in Thai and English.
What Changed
The reviewer will use a summary list instead of a visual inspection, and each finding will point to a specific point on the artwork, with changes recorded in the file.
Mobile Banking
A mobile banking app — secure authentication, real-time transfers, and account management. Designed for everyday transactions with a clear, low-friction flow.

Context
A bank opening investment products to customers who had been priced out of them — people who can set aside a little each month, not a lump sum.
What was needed
Investing had to start at an amount anyone could spare, and the app had to make clear what someone was buying without handing them a prospectus — all of it holding up to the rules a regulated product carries.
Work I did
I set the product direction and designed the experience end to end, then worked it through with engineering — every state, every error, and the wording, which has to be exact when money is involved.
What Changed
Opening a position takes minutes and a small amount instead of an appointment and a minimum balance. Customers who had never held an investment product started with what they could afford, and kept going from the app they already used.
E-commerce
A comprehensive e-commerce platform with seamless checkout and inventory management.

Context
Shoppers ordering from their phones for delivery at a time they choose — food and everyday goods, where freshness is part of what they are paying for.
What was needed
Ordering had to be quick enough to do between other things, and everything behind it — what is in stock, and what the store can actually deliver — had to be dependable enough to promise.
Work I did
I owned the product side, from the shape of the experience to what shipped: cutting the path to a paid order down to what it actually needs, prioritising the build with engineering, and putting it in front of real customers first.
What Changed
Ordering takes a couple of minutes instead of a phone call, and what is promised is what arrives — on time, and still fresh.
